The Palm Desert Area Chamber of Commerce will host El Paseo Cruise Night. Participants will gather at the Desert Chamber Parking Lot at the corner of El Paseo and Highway 111 at 2:00 PM. Following pre-cruise activities, attendees will cruise along El Paseo Boulevard starting at 4:15 PM. After cruising, drivers can find parking throughout El Paseo to enjoy dinner, drinks, or shopping.
Pre-cruise activities begin at 2:00 PM, allowing attendees to meet each other and admire the cars. A Cruise Night Kick Off will take place at 4:15 PM with a guest MC. The cruise route includes turn-around points at the intersection of California Pizza Kitchen and Daily Grill to the west, and the Bank of America building to the east.
Guidelines for the event include obeying local laws, ensuring cars are street legal with current tags and proof of insurance, and no open headers on exhaust systems. Music volume must not exceed one car length, and no alcohol or drug consumption is permitted. Seat belts must be worn at all times, and each person in the vehicle must have a seat belt. Violators of these rules will be escorted from the event.
