The Cancer Association of Anderson hosts its annual Hot Air Affair cruise-in Labor Day weekend at Charlie T’s in Anderson. The event celebrates Charlie T’s 35 years of service and coincides with the 250th anniversary of the United States and the 200th anniversary of Anderson County.
All cars, trucks and bikes are welcome. The event features a 50/50 drawing to support the Cancer Association of Anderson.
Live music runs throughout the weekend. Friday, Sept. 4 features Modern Relic from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5 includes Will Yates and Chris Vita (acoustic) from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m., The Carolina Moon Band from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., and Adjacent Hays from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 6 features Heath Rankin and Aden Webb.
