The YMCA Camp Sherwin is hosting its Community Car Cruise-In as part of its Family Weekend. Classic car owners are invited to bring their cars for display. Entry is $5 per car, and the first 75 cars will receive a dash plaque. The event is open to the public, and donations are welcome.
Visitors can enjoy viewing classic cars and the many amenities of Camp Sherwin, including tent sites, RV sites, cabins for rent, and amenities such as a heated pool and splash pad. Day passes are available for those not staying overnight.
Additional activities include door prizes, a gift basket auction, craft vendors, a 50/50 raffle, DJ music, and food concessions. Proceeds benefit the YMCA Annual Campaign.
Overnight guests who enter a car can enjoy late check-out on Sunday. For more information or to reserve accommodations, attendees can book online or call the office at (814) 774-9416.
