The Piston Pounders Car Club will hold its 7th annual car show and swap meet at the La Crosse Interstate Fairgrounds in West Salem, Wisconsin. The event is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 30, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Gates open at 8 a.m. Registration runs from 9 a.m. to noon, followed by judging at 12:30 p.m. The awards presentation will begin at 2:30 p.m. Entry fee is $10 per vehicle, judged or not. Swap meet vendor space is available for $5 for a 15-by-40-foot area. Admission is free for the public. Food vendors will be on site, and music will be provided by Jerry Thrune.
The event features 16 trophy categories with a total of 79 trophies. Categories include Survivors Class; Old Rods/Old Cruisers up to 1957; Cruisers/Street Machines from 1958 to 1965; Rat Rods; GM, Ford, Chrysler, and other car/street machines from 1966 to 1974; Car/Street Machines from 1975 to 1999; Car/Street Machines from 2000 to newer; trucks divided by age; motorcycles; special interest; foreign cars; kids cars and bicycles; and several special picks including the recipient’s choice and sponsors’ selections.
The event is sponsored by O’Reilly Auto Parts and supported by local businesses including Madvanced Pumping, Maxwell Where, and others. All proceeds go to local charities and needy causes. For information, contact Blaine Lee at 608-461-1382.
