Mississippi Threads LLC will host the Sunflower Festival at the Jackson County Fairgrounds. The event will run from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and offers free admission.
The festival includes local vendors, a car show, children’s crafts and activities, live music, food trucks, and giveaways. The Magnolia Classic Cruisers Car Show will feature awards for best domestic, truck, and import vehicles. Registration is $5 from 3 to 4 p.m., with awards presented at 6 p.m. Coast Motel is the headlining band, scheduled to perform at 4 p.m.
The festival is also the site for the 14th Jackson County Cotton Candy event. For more information, call 251-327-6001.
