The first-ever Grand Opening and Car Show will take place at SCDRM in Catawba, South Carolina, on October 18, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The event will feature a racecar show and welcomes classic cars from the 1980s and older. There is no admission or show entry fee; donations are accepted. The event will include raffles for used dirt racing sheet metal and collectibles, with opportunities to donate raffle items. A food truck from SweetSation LLC will be on site, and a bounce house will be available for children. Parking is provided for trucks and trailers, with vehicle size limits in place. Organizers plan to make this an annual event.
