The Route 66 Hotel & Conference Center Car Show will take place on Sunday, May 17, 2026, in Southern View, Illinois. Registration runs from 10 a.m. until noon, with the car show scheduled from noon to 4 p.m. in the back parking lot at 625 E. Saint Joseph Street, Springfield.
The event will feature trophies for the Top 25 cars, a 50/50 raffle, and an entry fee of $15. Proceeds will benefit Family Services, a non-profit organization supporting children and families in need. Attendees can enjoy all-you-can-eat specials and a full menu at the onsite Mother Road Diner. Activities include Recon techs detail services, products for purchase, Knucklehed Kustom Art by Dan Johnson, and drag cars on display by John L Smith and Sons Racing. There will also be sweepstakes for an Indy car race and appearances by Route 66 Queens from Missouri and Illinois, along with Miss Illinois Chrome & Crowns 2026 and pin-up girls.
