The Itasca Fire Department hosts its Lights, Ladders & Liberty Car Show on July 4th from 8:00 a.m. to noon in Itasca. The event features 30 classes with trophies awarded for first and second place in each category. Entry fee is $25. Proceeds benefit the Itasca Fire Department. Participants can continue their Independence Day celebration at the Cedar Creek VFD BBQ Fundraiser in Whitney from noon to 4:00 p.m., where plates are $15 and a raffle will be held to support local volunteers.
