A benefit car, truck, motorcycle, tractor and jeep show will be held at Upton Ballpark to help Dee and Junior finish building their new house that Speedy started. Registration runs from 1:30 to 3 p.m. EST, with awards at 5 p.m. There is no registration fee; organizers are asking for donations of any amount. Specialty awards include Best Chevy, Best Ford, Best Mopar, Best Chevelle, Best Vette, Best Camaro, Best Car, Best Truck, Best Interior, Best Tractor, Best Motorcycle, Best Jeep, Best John Deere, Best Farmall/International, Best Case, Best Massey Ferguson, Best Ford and Oldest Vehicle. Concessions will include BBQ, burgers, hot dogs, chips and drinks. Live music starts at 6 p.m. EST at the Upton Baptist Church Outdoor Amphitheatre, featuring Tracy Haycraft & The New Creations followed by Upton native Ryne Brashear.
