The Glitz & Gears Car Show and Festival takes place Saturday, Aug. 22, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Church Covington in Oxford. Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. and costs $25 in advance or $30 day-of. Awards will be presented at 2 p.m., with Top 20 and Best of Show honors judged by Kale Waddleton. The festival features Touch-A-Truck, vendors, raffles, food and music. The event is rain or shine.
