The 3rd Annual NHRA Hot Rod Heritage Series takes place August 27-30, 2026, at Woodburn Dragstrip. The event features Nitro Funny Cars, A/Fuel, Jr Fuel, 7.0 Eliminator I, Nostalgia Eliminator II and III, A/Gas, B/Gas, C/Gas, D/Gas, and Hot Rod Eliminator classes. Gates open for parking Wednesday at noon. Test and tune runs Thursday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, followed by Q1 qualifying. Friday includes Q2 qualifying, eliminations, and Nitro Funny Car Q1 at approximately 4:00 PM. Saturday features two qualifying runs for all classes, with Nitro Funny Car qualifying at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and Round 1 at 5:00 PM. Sunday concludes with eliminations for all classes, including Nitro Funny Car Round 2 at 11:00 AM, Round 3 at 1:30 PM, and finals at 4:00 PM. Trip Zip Cafe serves meals and hand-dipped corn dogs. Hole Shot Coffee Shop offers hot and iced coffee, Italian sodas, iced tea, and Red Bull fusion drinks. Lupita’s Taco Truck and Jimmy’s Wheelie Bar serving Coors products are on site. The Souvenir and Pro Shop sells t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, ear protection, and stickers. Ear protection is highly recommended. No outside alcohol or glass bottles are permitted.
