The 2026 Franklin County Watermelon Festival Car & Truck Show takes place Saturday, August 15 from 7 a.m. to noon. Registration begins at 7 a.m. at the tent located in front of CB&S Bank on Jackson Avenue. Entry fees are $25 for the first car and $15 for each additional car. Door prizes will be awarded every hour. Awards will be given in several categories.
