The PIT CrawlZone and the Nitro WV CVB present the 8th Annual Show & Shine on September 26, 2026, at Ridenour Lake Park in Nitro, WV. This family-friendly radio-controlled vehicle event features competitions across multiple terrains including mud bogs, rock crawling, sled pulls, semi-truck competition, and boat racing on Ridenour Lake. A scale car show will showcase detailed builds from across the region. A swap meet allows hobbyists to trade spare parts. Raffles and door prizes from sponsors including Team Associated will be awarded throughout the day. Registration costs $15 per class for 10th scale, $10 per class for 24th scale, and $5 per RC model for show and shine. The event runs rain or shine starting at 9 a.m.
