The Code Red Car Show will be held Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026, near Bentonia, Miss., to benefit the Bentonia Volunteer Fire Department, which lost its station and most of its equipment in a fire in April 2025. Proceeds will help fund new doors and electrical work for the department’s incoming replacement station.
The event will feature a pinewood derby car decorating contest for children, along with character appearances including Smokey the Bear and Sparky the Fire Dog. Vendor, sponsor, and touch-a-truck participation opportunities are available – interested parties are asked to contact the organizers directly for details.
