The Real Ohio Ghostbusters return to The Plaza Theatre for Operation P.K.E. (Public Kindness and Empathy) on October 10-11, 2026. The two-day event features Ghostbusters screenings at the Plaza Theatre, a Ghostbuster-themed car show, and a slimer in Riverfront Park. Local artists will be set up and downtown merchants will provide activities and themed items throughout the weekend. P3 Paula’s Paranormal Project will also be on site. This event benefits the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Event hours are Saturday 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
