The Rodeo 2026 Chili & Salsa Cookoff & Car Show takes place Sunday, Sept. 13, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Lefty Gomez Field, 470 Parker Ave., Rodeo. This free family event features classic cars, music, food trucks and vendors. Attendees can vote for their favorite chili and salsa from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Applications are being accepted for chili and salsa maker contestants and car registrations at https://www.bayfrontchamber.com/download-event-forms/. The event is organized by the Bay Front Chamber of Commerce.
