About This Event
The Jeeps & Trolleys gathering takes place at the Fox River Trolley Museum in South Elgin, Illinois. Jeep owners and enthusiasts—with Ford Broncos invited as well—are welcomed for a day of vehicle community and rides on nearly 100-year-old historic electric trolleys along the Aurora Elgin & Fox River Electric line. Visitors can also explore the volunteer-run museum grounds, including vintage CTA subway cars, diesel locomotives, and cabooses.
Admission is $5, serving as a cash fundraiser to support the preservation and operation of the historic trolley museum. The event features a car show offering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes, on-site food trucks, raffles, and seasonal storytelling.
