About This Event
The Nostalgia Fall Classic takes place on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at Island Dragway in Great Meadows, New Jersey. Known as the track’s nostalgia season closer, this annual drag racing event brings together front-engine dragsters, gassers, muscle cars, and classic race cars from across the region.
Competition features four nostalgia trophy bracket racing classes (N1 through N4) for cars 1994 and older, alongside special club racing appearances by the East Coast Gassers, North East Timing Organization (NETO Nostalgia and NETO Comp), and Backseat Drivers. Gates open at 9:00 AM with eliminations and racing kicking off at 11:00 AM.
Trophy class racer entry is $65 for car and driver, while spectator pit admission is $25 for adults, $10 for children ages 6–14, and free for kids 5 and under. Free parking is provided for car show vehicles and hot rods.
