St. John’s West Bend Trunk ‘N’ Treat

Trunk ‘N’ Treat brings families and church members together for an evening of Christian fellowship in a fun and safe environment at St. John’s Parking Lot in West Bend, Wisconsin. The event is open to families showing off costumes and children, as well as anyone who wants to pass out candy and catch up with others.

Decorated cars should arrive between 5:30 and 6 p.m. to be led to their parking spots. Judging of costumes and decorated cars ends at 6:15 p.m. Attendees who are not passing out candy should park outside the lot along the streets and walk over.

At 6:30 p.m., a pastor leads a short prayer and devotion in the grassy area near the southwest end of the church building, followed by trunk-or-treating.

Prizes go to the best adult costume, best child costume, best family costume and best vehicle costume. Those who want to hand out candy sign up in advance through the event’s online form. Spectators attend free.
