About This Event
The Rotary Club of Covington hosts Cars of the Past, a car show on Covington Square. The event runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and was moved from Oct. 4 because of the threat of rain.
Spectators attend free. Show car registration is $20 in advance or $25 the day of the show. Registration is available in advance at the organizer’s website.
Awards go to top winners, with Best of Show, a Rotary pick and a sponsor pick. The previous year’s Best of Show winner was Kale Waddleton’s 1955 Chevrolet 210.
Drivers reach the square from I-20 at Exit 90, then head east on 278 to Pace Street and turn right; Pace Street runs into Covington Square.
