The 15th Annual Just Klownin Virginia Lowrider Picnic takes place Aug. 23, 2026, from noon to 5 p.m. at Site B, 8999 Fort Hunt Road in Alexandria, Va. This family event welcomes all cars, trucks and bikes. Free food will be provided. All are welcome to grill and chill at this lowrider gathering.
