The 18th Annual Boulevard of Wheels custom car show takes place September 5, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Hackers Bar & Grill in Virginia Beach. The show is open to all makes and models. Pre-registration is $25, or $30 day of show. Rain date is September 12.
