The 18th Annual Hot Rods on the Green classic car show will take place on July 12, 2025, at Classics in Aptos, California. The event benefits the Kingsmen Industrial Arts Scholarship Program and is open to all 1975 and older cars and trucks. Registration is $25 per car or truck before July 5 and $35 after. Spectators attend for free, with parking available in the Cabrillo College/Crocker Theater lot.
The show features hot rods, muscle cars, street rods, VWs, lowriders, and trucks, along with a live DJ, local food vendors, raffle, and a Red Cross Blood Drive. The schedule includes registration at 7 a.m., the show start at 9 a.m., a hula hoop contest at 12:30 p.m., kids’ big wheel races at 1 p.m., awards at 2:45 p.m., and a raffle at 3:15 p.m. The event ends at 4 p.m. No exhibition of speed, reckless driving, alcohol, drugs, dogs, tents, BBQs, skateboards, or bicycles are permitted.
