The 1st Annual Island Park Car Show takes place Saturday, August 15, at Island Park Campground in Adel, Iowa. Registration runs from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., with awards presented at 6 p.m. Entry fee is $20.
Awards include Top 5, People’s Choice, and Island Park Choice trophies and prizes. The event features live music from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., a food truck operating from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., and a 50/50 charity raffle. Family activities include a bounce house and yard games available from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
