The 21st Annual Cars on Main returns to Main Street and Lannon Road in Lannon, Wisconsin, for a full day of classic and custom vehicles open to the public.
Registration is open to all show vehicles for a $10 donation, which includes a dash plaque for the first 500 entries, a complimentary drink coupon and a ticket for door prize drawings. Pre-registration is available by mailing a $10 donation at least one month before the event to Jan Schmidt, 20393 W. Good Hope Road, Lannon, WI 53046; a packet will be sent in return for expedited entry.
Featured vehicles include rods, customs, muscle cars, pro street builds, a nitro funny car and a top fuel dragster. A 50/50 raffle will also be held. Proceeds from entry donations benefit local charities and support village park maintenance.
The Lannon/Falls Lions Club will serve a pancake, egg and sausage breakfast. The Optimist Club and Wisconsin Street Rod Association will offer food and refreshments throughout the day, joined by additional vendors on the grounds. Sweet corn will be sold by the Wisconsin Street Rod Association.
Main Street will be closed from Lannon Road to just past the BP gas station. Show vehicles are encouraged to enter from Lannon Road or the west end of Main Street. Spectator parking is available on the east end of Main Street, with handicap parking behind the police station at the corner of Lannon Road and Main Street.
