The Kiwanis Club of Westport will host the 25th Annual Car Show Heat in the Street on Main Street in Westport, Indiana. The event takes place on Saturday, Sept. 6, with registration from 8 a.m. to noon.
Vehicles are divided into classes: up to 1960, 1960 to 1985, 1986 to present, and Motorcycle & ATV. Awards will be presented at 4 p.m., including more than 50 trophies and the President’s Choice. A prize will also be given for the farthest distance traveled.
Food options such as BBQ sandwiches and pork chop dinners will be available. The event occurs rain or shine, and proceeds support the Kiwanis Club’s community service projects.
