2nd Annual Community Fun Festival

The Rochester Area Shrine Club hosts its second annual Community Fun Festival on Aug. 29, 2026, at the Rochester Eagles Club, 917 15th Ave SE, Rochester, Minn. The event raises funds for local Shriners parade units – including the Rochester Dragon Patrol, Daddy-O’s Drift Trikes, Rochester Zagalas and Rochester Cycle Patrol – which participate in parades across Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin. Proceeds support Shriners Children’s Hospitals and Clinics, camps for children in need, family transportation assistance and other Shrine-related programs.

The festival includes a classic and modern car show open to all vehicles, with a $20 donation entry fee. Dash plaques go to the first 100 registered vehicles. Awards include Best of Show, Top 10 and Kids Choice, with trophy presentation scheduled during the event. A bean bag tournament runs double-elimination format at $50 per team, with 50% of entry fees going into the prize pool; house bags only, tracked on Scoreholio.

A kids carnival features games, prizes and face painting at $1 per game. A silent auction offers items donated by local businesses and Shrine supporters. The event is free and open to the public.
