2nd Annual LBC Hope HallowShine Car Show

The LBC Hope Foundation hosts its 2nd Annual HallowShine Show N Shine on Oct. 24, 2026, at 3345 Virginia Beach Blvd. in Virginia Beach, Va. The event welcomes cars, trucks and motorcycles and features a best Halloween theme award alongside traditional show classes.

Awards will be presented for first and second place in each vehicle class, first and second place sound in each class, best Halloween theme of show and best overall show. Vehicle registration includes an official LBC Hope Foundation decal and three raffle tickets for a Jeep giveaway benefiting CHKD Children’s Hospital.

The event includes live music, vendors, food trucks, sweet treat trucks and raffles. Admission is free for children.
