Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, Georgia will host the 2nd Annual North Georgia Truckfest on Saturday, July 19. The event features stock car racing, premier mega truck racing, and a pickup truck demo derby. The demo derby offers a $1,000 prize, which increases to $2,000 if 10 trucks participate. A Show N Shine contest will take place on the red clay, with winners chosen by fan applause and awarded an official North Georgia Truckfest trophy. All event winners will receive a Dixie Speedway winner’s check trophy.
Pit and tailgate gates open at 3 p.m., grandstands open at 5 p.m., and practice laps begin at 6:30 p.m. Opening ceremonies start at 7:30 p.m. General admission tickets can be purchased at the gate or in advance at a discount until noon on the Friday before the event.
