The 38th Annual Pumpkin Festival Cruise-In & Car Show will take place in New Cordell, Oklahoma, on Saturday, October 11, 2025. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Cordell’s town square and features over 28 awards in 8 different classes, including a car show, a 100+ mile cruise, a burnout competition, and an audio competition.
Event highlights include a Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast from 7 to 9 a.m., a car show with registration from 7:30 to 10 a.m. at the Cordell Community Center, an audio contest for $30 at the old High Plains Bank parking lot, and a burnout contest at 3 p.m. on N Temple Street for a $20 entry fee. The Kids Zone operates from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with inflatables, pony rides, train rides, and face painting. Additional activities include a Jack Loftiss Baking Contest with free entry, bingo from 1 to 2 p.m., live music, a Haunted Morgue at 8 p.m., and the Washita County Museum open from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
