The 39th Season Car Show and six divisions of racing are scheduled at Sports in Elm City, North Carolina. The event features divisions including Rookie 4, Sport Compact, Pure Stock Four Cylinder, Thunder V-8, Super Stock Four Cylinder, and Late Model. A free car show will be held in the grandstand parking lot from noon to 3 p.m. Pit gates open and driver registration begins at 3 p.m. Grandstand gates open at 4 p.m. with varying admission rates based on age. The driver’s meeting is at 5:30 p.m., followed by practice, qualifying, and heat races starting at 6 p.m. An intermission with a kids’ JuiceBox is scheduled for 8:30 p.m., and feature events begin at 8:45 p.m.
