The 4th Annual Paso Robles Taco Festival and Car Show, presented by 805 Beer, will take place at the Estrella Warbirds Museum in Paso Robles, California. The event runs Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, April 19, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The festival features over 60 taco and food vendors from across the country, offering tacos starting at $3. Attendees can enjoy a variety of tacos including carne asada, carnitas, al pastor, brisket, and specialty tacos, with over 65,000 tacos expected to be sold. More than 80 craft and artisan vendors will be present. Beverages include 805 Beer, Modelo, margaritas, micheladas, cantaritos, and local wine.
The family-friendly weekend includes a carnival and bounce house zone, live music, and Lucha Libre wrestling on both days. The Tacos & Vatos Car Show will feature over 100 vehicles, including lowriders, hot rods, and rat rods. Registration for the car show is available at www.pasotacofest.com.
