The 5th Annual Back the Blue Auto Show takes place Saturday, Oct. 24, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Merrick Fall Festival at the L.I.R.R. Train Station. This judged show features vintage and modern vehicles, including first responder vehicles. Registration is $20 in advance or $25 at the door. Admission is free for spectators. Proceeds benefit law enforcement charities. The event includes trunk-or-treat, carnival rides, food vendors, music, merchants and more. Rain date is Oct. 25.
