The 5th Street Social Show N Shine Car Show takes place Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Coralville. The event features classic cars, hot rods and community activities.
Car show participants register for $1 or a free-will donation for Hospice. Registered participants are eligible for door prize drawings. The public can view and vote for their favorite vehicles at no charge.
Awards include Spectator Choice, 5th St. Social Committee Choice and Long Distance trophies. The event includes 50s-60s music, a 50/50 drawing for Hospice, food and local brews. Other 5th St. Social activities will take place during the show.
The venue is located on Highway 6W. Turn right on 12th Ave. and follow signs to 5th St.
