The 79th Westport Kiwanis BBQ and 26th Heat in the Street Car Show takes place Saturday, September 12, 2026. Car show registration runs from 8 a.m. to noon at the Community Building. The car show itself runs from noon until 4 p.m., with awards presented at 4 p.m.
A quilt show will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Christian Church Outreach Center. Food service begins at 11 a.m., featuring BBQ pork chops, pork BBQ, and hotdogs.
A pedal tractor pull takes place at 1:30 p.m. under the shelter house, with weigh-in at 1 p.m.
