7th Annual Hot Rod High School Car Show

Marengo Community High School presents the 7th Annual Hot Rod High School Car Show on August 22, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 110 Franks Road in Marengo, Illinois. The event is located behind Karstens; take Franks Road north off U.S. Route 20.

Spectator admission is free. The exhibitor entry fee is $10. The show features classics, hot rods, gassers, survivors, trucks, muscle cars, motorcycles, modified lifted vehicles, tractors, agriculture equipment and more.

Awards include first, second, third, top 25 and best of show auto, first motorcycle, first modified lifted and first tractor/agriculture. Student pick bonus awards will also be presented. Food, a DJ, raffles, a 50/50 drawing and event T-shirts for sale round out the activities.
