A Day in The Park Festival hosts a free open car show at Pelican Park in Mandeville on Saturday, July 11. Car registration and admission are free. Participants may arrive starting at 11:30 a.m. Judging takes place at 2 p.m., with awards sponsored by Smalls Sliders presented at 4 p.m. The festival runs from noon to 5 p.m. and includes food trucks, vendors, hands-on workshops, giveaways and activities.
