About This Event
American Heroes: A Salute to Veterans and First Responders honors the nation’s veterans and first responders with a day of live entertainment, activities and family programming at The Athletic Club, 4100 Blair Oaks Drive in The Colony. Now in its 17th year, the event runs from noon to 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 14. Admission and parking are free.
The car show shares the grounds with a carnival, food trucks, crafts, a vendor expo, beer booths and a silent auction. Live music plays through the day, and a drone show closes out the night. A veterans ceremony begins at 5:45 p.m. on the main stage.
A VIP section offers buffet-style food, snacks and bar access, with VIP tickets priced at $75 per person. Coolers are not permitted, and food, drinks and alcoholic beverages are sold within the festival grounds. The event benefits Operation Comfort Warriors and One Tribe Foundation.
