Amishville USA Campground hosts a car, truck, bike, and trike show on September 12. Registration starts at 9 a.m., with the car show running from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Judging begins at 11 a.m., and awards are presented at 2:30 p.m.
The entry fee is $10, with 100% payback going to the top three of show. Car and truck awards include Best of Show (5-foot trophy plus cash), 2nd Place (3-foot trophy plus cash), 3rd Place (12-inch trophy plus cash), and 4th through 25th Place (smaller trophies). Special awards include trophies for Coolest Chevy, Coolest Ford, Coolest Dodge, Coolest Import, Best Custom, Best Unfinished, Founders Favorite, and Peoples Choice. The Farthest Award includes a 6-gallon VP gas can and a $50 gas card.
Bikes and trikes awards include 1st Trophy plus $50 gas card, 2nd Trophy, and 3rd Trophy. Dash plaques will be given to the first 100 entries. A 50/50 drawing and door prizes will be held. Hot dogs, chili dogs, and hamburgers will be available for a donation, along with bottled water. All proceeds will be donated to the Amishville USA Campground Kids Club and Fishing Derby.
