Arts in Bartlett presents Halloween Fun Fest 2.0 on Saturday, Oct. 24 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The parade steps off from Bartlett Village Hall at 10 a.m. Participants will trick-or-treat and trunk-or-treat along Bartlett Avenue, throughout downtown Bartlett and at the Streets of Bartlett. Attendees are encouraged to wear costumes.
