Asher Fire & Rescue hosts its first annual car show on Saturday, July 11, at the fire station on Main Street in Asher, OK. Registration runs from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., with the show from 8 a.m. to noon. Entry fee is $20 per vehicle.
Categories include cars from 1900-1949, 1950-1959, 1960-1972, and 1973-present; trucks from 1900-1949, 1950-1964, 1965-1979, and 1980-present; muscle cars from 1960-1972; sports cars; street rods; rat rods; imports; convertibles; motorcycles; young guns (18 and under); Mustangs 1980 and under; Mustangs 1981 to current; Mopar 1980 and under; Corvettes 1999 and under; Corvettes 2000 to current; unfinished; and special interest.
The event features live music, food trucks, and a car competition. A pancake breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m. Best of Show awards will be presented. The rainout date is June 6. For questions, contact Wes Culwell at 405-550-7872.
