Bailey Park NDC hosts a Halloween celebration on October 31, 2026, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Bailey Park NDC Hub in Detroit. The free, family-friendly event features food while supplies last, candy, a costume contest, music, arts and crafts, giveaways, train rides, games, and a Trunk-or-Treat. All are welcome. Attendees must complete a sign-in process upon arrival. The organization seeks volunteers and Trunk-or-Treat participants; responses are needed by October 15.
