Boostffest returns to Bonne Terre Dragstrip on Saturday, July 18. Gates open at 9:00 a.m. for a full day of drag racing and automotive competition.
The event kicks off at 10:00 a.m. with a free kids powerwheel race. Open track fun runs begin at 10:45 a.m. The Aussie Burnout Competition, featuring Aussie Open and Aussie Pro classes, starts at 1:00 p.m.
Quick 8 qualifying begins at 2:00 p.m. with one qualifying pass. The fastest eight cars advance to eliminations at 3:30 p.m., competing for a $1,500 prize. Car show judging takes place at 3:00 p.m.
The day concludes with a cruise-out to Crusin Lindbergh in St. Louis at 6:00 p.m.
General admission is $20. Kids 12 and under are admitted free. Entry fees vary by class: Aussie Pro $50, Aussie Open $30, Open Track $30, Quick 8 $30, and Car Show $10 per class entered. The kids powerwheel race is free to enter.
