Fun & Funky Art Galleries and Gifts in Bailey, Colorado, hosts a car and hot rod show on Sunday, Aug. 16, at 4 River Drive, next to the Bailey Post Office. Classic cars, hot rods, muscle cars, trucks and motorcycles are all welcome. The event is open to the public at no charge.
Early bird car staging begins at 8:30 a.m. No reservations or entry fee are required. Approximately 20 parking spaces are available for show vehicles, with the first eight cars staged earning front-row placement facing CR64/Highway 285. Show vehicles are staged in order of arrival until spaces are filled. Participants may come and go as they please throughout the day.
Inside the gallery, visitors can browse local art, handmade gifts and unique items. Churn of the Century old-fashioned ice cream will be on site. One vendor space – up to 14-by-14 feet – is available for $50; advance RSVP is required by calling 303-719-0991 at least two days before the event. Leashed, friendly pets are welcome.
