Hawkeye Park in Ankeny, Iowa, hosts the annual Carfest, a car, truck and motorcycle show dedicated to Epilepsy Awareness, on Saturday, Aug. 15, 2026. The event features trophies, a top-30 vehicle competition, vendors, food and raffles.
Registration is $20 per vehicle. Organizers say they are aiming to make the show a standout event in support of epilepsy awareness.
