The Cars and Christ Cruise is a free automotive gathering scheduled for Aug. 8, 2026, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Sycamore, Ill. The event runs from 9 a.m. to noon.
The cruise is designed to bring together a shared interest in cars and Christian faith, with an opportunity to learn more about Jesus Christ. Attendance is open to all, and participation in the show portion only is also welcome. All vehicles are welcome, including motorcycles.
Organizers ask that attendees refrain from burnouts and excessive revving, and that the grounds be kept clean. Doughnuts, juice, and water will be provided. The event is sponsored by Just the Details and The Obsessed Hobbyist.
