The Cartoogechaye Church of God is hosting a Barbecue Fundraiser & Car Show on Saturday, May 2, in Franklin, North Carolina. The event begins at 10:00 AM. Proceeds will support the church’s local and international missions programs and fund a new playground for youth.
Barbecue plates, featuring pork barbecue, a bun, chips, potato salad or coleslaw, baked beans, a canned drink, and dessert, are available for $15. Pastor Bridges will be preparing the food. Entry into the car show also requires the purchase of a barbecue plate. Prizes will be awarded for first, second, and third place vehicles.
