The Chemung Valley Region of AACA hosts its 70th anniversary antique and classic car show at Arkport Village Park. Gates open at 10:00 a.m., with cars in place by 12:00 p.m. and ballots in by 2:00 p.m. Trophies are awarded approximately 3:00-3:30 p.m. The event includes dash plaques for the first 100 vehicles, club choice awards, youth judging awards, special awards, and participant choice awards for Alfred State student cars. Free admission is available for spectators, with refreshments available. A 50/50 raffle, door prize drawings, specialty raffles, and music are featured. The day of show fee is $10 per vehicle. Free flea market spots are available for car and truck parts only, trucks daily only, or car carryall. The event is held in conjunction with Airport Summerfest. Guests are asked to respect a quiet hour between 10-11 a.m. for a church service in the park pavilion.
