The Beachville District Museum hosts a community car show on Sunday, July 26, on the museum grounds at 584367 Beachville Rd. in Beachville, Ontario. Show vehicles are welcome to arrive and park beginning at 9:30 a.m., with early arrivals directed along Domtar Line. Cars arriving later should use the main driveway until the grounds reach capacity.
No pre-registration is required. Driver registration is by donation only at the main table upon arrival. Organizers note they will never request credit card information, online payment, or advance registration, and advise attendees not to engage with any messages claiming otherwise.
The Beachville Legion will operate a BBQ lunch on site, and ice cream will also be available. Visitors may tour the museum and participate in a 50/50 draw. Attendance is free to the general public, with donations to the museum welcome. Parking is available in the lot beside the museum off Domtar Line, with overflow parking at the Limestone Valley Trail trailhead.
The event is weather-dependent. Beachville is located approximately 40 kilometers east of London and about 8 kilometers southwest of Woodstock, Ontario.
