About This Event
Coppers and Choppers is a free, family-friendly community open house hosted by the Ventura County Sheriff’s Foundation at the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office Air Unit at the Camarillo Airport. The annual event welcomes the public to connect directly with local deputies, first responders, and support personnel.
Attendees can experience up-close viewing of department squad cars and helicopters, alongside specialized unit demonstrations and displays featuring Search and Rescue, K9 teams, mounted patrol, and SWAT.
